different menu than usual (carbonara, amatriciana and many others that I have never seen around)
We started with a farinata: it melted in your mouth, delicious.
The pizza dough is excellent, light.
I took a Frank: red base, crispy bacon, stracciatella and chopped pistachios... AMAZING
To conclude we had the chiacchiere with Nutella and chopped pistachios, very good.
Excellent service, very nice waitress.
We will definitely be back to try other pizzas on the menu!
We went after being intrigued by social media. Very good pizza, very particular tastes, the burrata with pistachio and sausage was really very good. While the stracciata with speck is a little less so due to the slices being too thick and difficult to chew. But we will definitely be back to try the others too!
Very good starters, top pizza with quality ingredients, therefore highly recommended, but what I didn't find up to par were the very narrow and interlocking spaces, little privacy between tables and burning smells that often came out of the oven and could be smelled in the restaurant . Excellent service and very professional staff.
Small and welcoming pizzeria where you only eat pizza, farinata and fried chiacchiere.
The pizzas are the ones with the high crust.
The stracciata pizza was the best of the evening.
The waitress was very kind and could be seen to be professional: she always kept an eye on the tables to best serve the customers.

Really good pizza with excellent ingredients, fast and friendly service in a modern and not large place.
Prices are now normal for most places which have raised the average per capita significantly to around €18 each (pizza, drink, cover charge). I find the cost of Moretti a little misaligned from 0.40 on tap to €6.00.
However, a positive opinion.
Takeaway, waiting time 20'. Good and soft dough even if a little too salty. The seasoning can be more or less spot on both in type and quantity. Some combinations may be too heavy. I took the gem on the shovel and it was ok, but the saint on the shovel was already a bit of a brick. The place to eat is not very comfortable, the outdoor area overlooks Corso Moncalieri which is very busy and the space inside is quite limited. That said, I got takeaway and the pizza was very good.
